Rear spring front bolt
Hey you mob, anyone got one of these bolts floating around that is not in a car ? Chasing one so I can use it as a template to make a Caltrac mount. I am too lazy t get one out of a wreck in EKMart

Yeah Mick I have a full set of the installation and troubleshooting paperwork - its getting all its inputs in diagnostic mode but not playing the game.......

Co well the cruise control is a fizzog, sorted out the brake and clutch switches, went through the commissioning steps and it is getting all its signals it just refuses to work

It doesn't monitor the globes itself Mick, it has additional stop switches that are connected directly to the unit - will have a look this weekend

Very tidy work as usual mate , looks like a bought one. Can you use rubber fuel hose to make the filler line up rather than try to fettle the original filler pipe ?

Couldn’t find any aluminium plate thick enough but I have heaps of copper floating around so I cut a new mounting ring using the 2 holesaw method today

looks like the unit is not seeing the cutouts on the brake and clutch pedals Mick, so it wont set.

Fixed the water leak today , plus removed the too short rocker cover hold down bolts and fitted the shiny new ones courtesy of Hamlet - thanks mate you are a good bloke for a banana bender [emoji106][emoji106] took the steering wheel off and squared it up as well plus had a go at the cruise control ...

Refitted the alternator today, plus replaced the crook O2 sensor. Took the throttle body off to check out the funky readings and it looks like the switch is dicky- is a second hand one by the look of it , has a Nissan brand in it but when you google it it comes up as a VL Commodore part. New one is ...

I MIGHT have had a win with the alternator - the charge post was loose and wobbly when I bolted it back in after lending it to a mate , I pulled it out this morning and thought I would have a look at it before ordering a new one.
