Looks the goods 👍

PS: don’t expect any updates from Harv for next couple days, think he might be lost in the shed playing with his Christmas presents!

Re: FB ute

When you see the size of the circuit board compared to the choke knob it is a small compact unit. That is a good outcome Blacky

Tidy work there, seems that factory rust is prevalent in a few cars on here

Brett027 wrote: Sun Mar 09, 2025 9:33 am Hi Stephen, I don't pretend to know about these things, but wonder if beefier coils don't compress as much as standards, so you pick up a bit. Maybe HR fronts sit diffently to standard too. Who knows? It does the job well, luckily.😃

A good outcome all round👍

Thanks Brett, Having 2” shorter springs I would have thought the nose would have been much lower compared to the back. Either way it’s sits well.

6 inch wheel width and 13 inch diameter. Tyres are 185 80 13's. No idea what the offset is, but it works😀
I have tubes in mine as they all leaked air too.
Great, thanks Brett. I like the combo set up, provides a good stance. I think the tube/S will be my fall back option.

Re: Project 2.

Looks very tidy Brett  Can you remind me what size rims you have 13” or 14” and the width? Also the tyre size please. Just curious as I am still fiddling with my jelly bean mags. Two of them won’t hold air

Re: FB ute

Good job on the wipers, they can eventually drive you nuts with a clunk & knock in operation. Opportune time to fix whilst the heater goes in.

I have an intermittent control I am going to fit to the Ute the same as I have on the sedan……. one day 🤔

Hey Greg,
Tidy looking car, just noticed it is a Fairmont. I guess the Fairmont owner got a cigar lighter as standard over the basic Falcon owner!

That should keep you busy Mick. Does it have a motor/ gearbox? What driveline are you thinking?

Interested in seeing how this one unfolds.
