The Bird's the Word !!!
BIG decision today. After 27 years of ownership ... I'm taking the plunge on a bonnet budgie.
If anyone has a nice one laying around that they are willing to part with, please let me know.

Re: Crankshaft Harmonic Balancer
Thanks guys .... I whipped the balancer off this arvo. Nothing is obvious in terms of serious damage ... but the key was only just sitting in there. I do have an alternative that I will use.

Crankshaft Harmonic Balancer
Yeah, this is not good ... and during the Nationals countdown, of course.
Was tracking down a strange low end vibratory noise at idle, after just reinstalling my newly reconditioned crash box ... wondering if I had missed something in the install .. thought then it may have been a water pump ...

I've searched and searched ... I cant seem to find a name that differentiates this blue colour over other blues used.

3.55 Diff - Bench Test / Inspect ?
I'm keen on a 3.55 diff upgrade ... and there are a couple currently available in my area.
Apart from a visual inspection of gears, slop etc, are there other methods of testing/inspecting them prior to purchase ? Both are already out of the donor vehicles ... so no fluid or debris to inspect ...
