looking for trimatic for conversion

Hi All,

I have a hydramatic that needs to be replaced and have decided to put in a trimatic instead. Does anyone know of a trimatic for sale in Melbourne? preferably near the SE suburbs? It needs to have the linkages on the drivers side of the housing

Cheers

Re: taking so long want a daily

Thanks guys. Yeah when i say cheap i was hoping for around the $10K mark. I thought i picked a good one as my project car but there were alot of hidden nasties so it's going to take alot longer to get on the road than i planned

In the meantime i was thinking of buying another. I would like a daily driver with RWC or close to... Not ...

Re: Bonnie

Yeah very much so Blacky,

The more the paint came off the more holes showed up... I think i may need to buy a new full set of doors that are in better condition. I cant believe i have 13 doors and none of them worth saving.

Re: Bonnie

Yeah... I think i will do the roof and quarters by hand, i will then get the rest done by someone that uses garnet or walnut to be sure. I will get them to spray after with etch primer. will keep everyone posted and thanks all for your responses, it has been very helpful

Cheers
