Scotty's version of laced roof, dash & sunvisor..

Post by Sputzwagon »

G'day all....
Here's what I was up to on the weekend, painting lace pannels on Rustydungers period custom EK sedan (in the build stage)
the roof after the first day..
Image
here's the finished version I added a line around the diamond (center roof).
Image
decided to do an entire width pannel on the sunvisor.
Image
...and here's what I did to the dash..two pannels ..
Image
The colours used whas a mid blue with blue & violet pearl on the lace then faded around the edges & boarder heavy pearl violet then the whole area has mini flake silver shot over the top (first dry coat of clear) then will get another 9 coats of clear to finish it off for cutting & buffing. (That will be Rusty's problem  ).

Scotty.
