Been taking info from this site long enough i guess i better give something back!
Being off work this is a good as time as any to post some photos of the progress all the work is being carried out by Paul Kelly.
couldn't forget the fire extinguisher!

Thanks for the positive comments, hey ben seatbelts were in the wagon when i got it i'll get a photo of them for you next time i'm up at pauls workshop. Well more photos from smooth customs to take this wagon to its former glory, paul has a personal relationship with the parts washer and wire wheel because of this rebiuld sorry paul.
Subframe and rust repairs.
motor stripped found to have blown head gasket and some cylinder wear so rebiult and sprayed back to original colour.
various parts after being cleaned ready for plating.
rear end clean up.
frontend clean up.
heater looks awesome after paul worked hi magic!
linkages stripped cleaned painted and rebuilt.
everything is gettin the going over every peice is making me smile more!
car is well on its way subframe was in primer and wheels were getting painted which brings me to this question if you guys and gals can help tyre choice narrowed it down to 185/80 R13 tyres anyone running sumitomo tyres or maxxis tyres what are they like any help would be great.

Car looks great, Ben. Looks like a top job.
On the tyres, I have Khumo 185/80- 13's on mine. That particular size brings the gearing back close to what it should be.
The Khumo's drive great, and are pretty quiet. Just be careful if you do choose Khumo's though.........all 4 tyres on mine have vertical indentations in the sidewall, which the dealer claims is just a case of the cords being too tight. Doesn't look right, though
