I recently got the bumper and diecast chromed and fitted front and rear screen. I need to pull the front screen out again as it didn’t sit right in the left hand corner. A few minor things to do and iron out a few things. Unfortunately due to a few different reasons the ute will be up for sale soon....

I believe the colours are a close reproduction of the original Floral Green and Madison Grey.
I should have the new door card in the same colours in the next week or two and can't wait to see what they will look like in the car

Ah yes, masking tape. Didnt even think about using masking tape. That would of been too easy

A little bit more progress on the ute. Front panels on and picked up seat from upholster fitting the cover. Yes, I'm trying to do as much as possible myself and I come here and do a lot of reading before I attempt something I have never done. This is my first full resto and learning lots as I go, even if sometimes I need to do things twice to get it right.

Bit of a quick update on Jimmy. Panel and paint shop got busy for a while so I ended up turning the ute to a roller and getting a few more things done.
